Yes, food needs to be prepared by the Chef themselves and should not be outsourced to staff. In general, it should be the home kitchen of the Chef where food is prepared.
Yes, the Chef is required to pay a commission of 10 percent plus GST. Upon placing the food order by making payment, the said commission amount will be automatically deducted from payment order value and balance amount will be remitted to the Chef’s bank account.
No, buyers have to make online payment in order to place a food order successfully in the app.
Yes, specialised delivery apps are being integrated in YummJoy, which can be utilised by Chef to book a delivery person. Alternatively, YummJoy allows chefs to use their own delivery person, if available.
